Returns/Refunds

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please email us within 3 days of receipt, including your order number and a brief description of the item(s) at fault, together with supporting photos. We will process a replacement for the relevant item(s) within 5 days.

If you have changed your mind about any item(s) ordered, please email us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return. We will process any refund due within 5 days, subject to the goods being returned in an unused and resaleable condition. Please note that any initial delivery charge is non-refundable, and any further costs incurred through shipping the item back to us will not be reimbursed. We recommend using an insured and tracked delivery service, as we will not accept responsibility for any goods lost or damaged during the return process.
